I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the lack of response and action on my complaint (No. JS-***************) registered on **-**-****. The issues reported were water leakage and low TDS from the water purifier.
Till date, I have not received a single call or visit from any service representative. The nearest dealer located at Tarapur, Munger, who had personally come to my home to execute the ACMC contract, is now completely ignoring the issue. I had paid a considerable amount of ₹**** for the contract, expecting prompt and reliable service.
However, now when a real issue has occurred, the dealer is not only avoiding the service but has also stopped responding to my calls. The service request was further transferred from this dealer to one in Lakhisarai, and since then, it’s just being tossed back and forth with no actual resolution.
This unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing. If Livpure is unable to provide the promised service under the AMC, I
