Ankit filed complaint against Livpure water purifier on Dec 30, 2024
I received a notice from your end regarding the return of Livpure machine.
While moving out of Bangalore I requested service cancellation well in advance on *rd August and had moved out of the house on **th August.
In the span of ** days I did not receive any communication even after multiple attempts to call the customer care.
Post that we moved out of flat and we had no way to communicate back to you for the machine.
While raising a request I was promised that within ** days the machine would be picked up and I waited till **th August.
No one came till that time and after I moved out I received a message on which I did not have any hand and have informed them I am not in Bangaloe anymore.
There was a person did come to remove the connection around * or *th August but no one came to pick the machine after that.
I do not see any mistake at my end and have fully paid up for the subscription during the usage of my machine.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
