Livpure water purifier - DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

I raised a service request No JS-************** on **.**.** for servicing of my water purifier installed at my second residence located at Velayuthapuram, Near Sudha Theatre, Near Police Checkpost, Rajapalayam - Sankaran Kovil Road, P.O Perumalpatti, Dist Tenkasi ******.

Vide SMS dated **.**.**, Livpure confirmed the service request and assigned the job to Rakshan Enterprises, Tirunelveli

I tried to call and msged Mr Ganaka Sundram of Rakshan Enterprised numbber of times, but he never responded. I talked to customer care, but no action. I sent a mail to Customer care, without any response. Finally I called Mr Karthikeyan, Area Manager, Livpure, Chennai, Mobile No ********** on **.**.**, **.**.**, **.****, and on *.**.**.
On **.**.**, he put Mr Ganaka Sundaram of Rakshan Enterprises also on conference, who promised to attend it within next * days. Mr Karthikeyan advised him to take the call from the customers or atleast call back the customer. But it is of no use, he neither receive the call or call back or attend the service.

Till today, i.e **.**.**, the service is not attended. This is a willful deficiency in services. I request you to lodge my claim for buying another water purifier from Aquaguard who provides excellent after sale services to my water purifier , Rs * Lakh for the mental agony.
