Livpure water purifier - Delay in Installation of RO water purifier

I wish to inform that I'm very much disappointed in the quality of service livpure provide to their customer, i recieved this below message yesterday
Dear Customer, your service request No.JS-************** & call closure code is ***** allocated for ****-**-** to A TO Z SERVICES (**********) Mumbai , ********** . Please call ***********for any query. Team Livpure
Till now I have received no calls or nothing, instead I am calling for some information but these guys give number of area manager which are either switched off, or they simply don't bother to pick it up. It is requested to escalate this matter so as to install the RO today.
