Eureka Forbes - Water is leaking

On **rd Sept,. to change filters, Technician brought an unskilled helper and the unskilled helper changed the filters and the water started leaking. Technician tryed to rectify, but failed. He told after some time the leakage will stop. On **th Sept. booked the service request through app and booked * am to ** am slot on **th Sept. Till today ie *th October *:** am no technician attended. Raised the issue through email to ceo Escalation desk on **th Sept. and from then almost daily sending remainders through email. No use. Sent messages to their Face book page. Nothing helped in getting a technician to rectify the problem.
