Redbus - Wasted my 3 hours at boarding point

I booked bus (universal travels) in Redbus app on **/**/**** at *:** am. My travel is from SRM University (Kattangulathur) to Sirkali Kai Katti bye-pass. The app showed me my boarding time is **:** am and I went to my boarding point at **:** am and start waiting for the bus. When the boarding time exceeds and at the time **:** am I called (ph.no: **********) universal travels and they give me the driver mobile no: **********. The driver told me that he was at Tambaram traffic and told me to wait and I waited and call the driver again at **:** pm and driver/attendee told that he was at Perungalathur traffic and asked me to wait. Finally, I called at *:** pm the driver/attender Name: Hari said that he crossed my boarding point. There is no information passed to me when they crossed my boarding point. At that time I was mentally soo affected because of these people. They told that your booking was not shown to me because of Redbus fault. My * hrs waiting period was totally wasted and I waited under the sun. They should have to answer for this.
