My Samsung Washing machine stopped. Working on **.**.**..on a telephonic complaint dt **.** at ***********, a technician Sanket Thakkar was deputed. He took more than ** days to fix the problem and made the machine functional. It again was out of order after * days. No response to calls. Charged Rs ****/-
