The Washing Machine Technician Reached at my place very late. Since we have to go somewhere due to some family requirements, the late coming is not acceptable.
After physical inspection of Mahcine he has confirmed us that the dryer Motor is faulty and its need to replace.
I had told him to bring the motor with you on tomorrow along with accessories. but that person closed the complaint.
This type of attitude is not acceptable from the company like URBAN.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
