Hello All,
I had booked a ticket from redbud to travel from Pune to Bangalore on Jan ** **** and when I reached the boarding point the bus driver did not allow me to board the bus cause I was not having the rtpcr test which I was not aware and the driver asked me to speak with office and get the date changed and went away.when I spoke to office I was they denied to change the date which caused me a loss of inr ****.
Please help.
