Hello, With so much disappoinment i am going to share my one of the worse experience ever with samsung product. This can not be hide that i had a great faith on samsung but after one experience my perception gets wrong. I had purchased a new mobile named samsung galaxy j* from m.g. mobile gallery(nehru place,new delhi )on **th july ****. after ** days a problem arose with that product , the problem is it apparently got off and when i try to get it on after full day charging it opens with popup screen messege that this device can not open please call mobile operator. Immediately i called up to store person that this this problem occuring with this device than he said no need to worry you simply visit samsung care. On his status i waited for * days and leave for my hometown with thought of get it checked on samsung care branch of my hometown than they said that this device is not actual as they doubt and please get it checked with activation date and s samsung authority so on and if you still want to get it repaired than you have to pay **** rs. For this. After listen dis i immediately came delhi next day and called store person and tell him the whole conversation he said ok you come on tuesday **th august **** we will look into it. After waiting * days i again visit the service center okhla branch they said this device is locked because of software upate and results motherboard got crashed. You have update it even i did not updatw any damn software and let suppose if any user does do so than how can its possible to mothrboard crashed And than they said you have to pay **** on my saying that this phone comes under warranty they said if you could visit within one month we would replace your product but it has been * days over i said i have already visit samsung care on **th august **** than why don't you consider it and i assured them by store person also that they are awaee of this thing since last weak but they did not give any response. I am desperately willing that my product get replaced as existing product is not worthy and can not be of long lasting condition even after got repaired. I got mentally deppresed by their status and very disappoint from samsung service. Hence i would make sure that i will not have any other samsung product fir the rest of my life and i would also say that no one go for this product this is useless product. If anybody spends his hard earned money than he will offcourse want a security if samsung is not fulfilling their quality promises than it is worthless to spend on samsung brand.
