I had purchased Samsung air conditioner from Reliance digital retail store last year in April. They had sold me the same with an offer which mention * year warranty on various components including Gas recharge. The same was mentioned in the invoice issued by Reliance retail store .Now after ** months when i filed complaint of "No cooling" , after many days of fight with reliance service centre & Samsung,they first apologized for delay & assured me service to be covered under warranty.Now again they have backed out & quoting *k bill for servicing my AC.
I would like to impose claim for warranty & also claim for deficiency of service as well.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
