I bought a Jhon Jacob frame in **** and their so called blue cut glasses, within warranty period the golden frame gets faded and I claimed for warranty but there is a scratch on the glasses but the glass also have warranty and the frame also have its own warranty but the lenskart support is saying that because of the glass scratch they cannot give the warranty for the frame also .
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
