I had submitted my Fire-Boltt watch for a warranty claim more than a month ago. However, I have not received any proper update regarding the status of my claim.
Every time I follow up via email, I am told that it will take another *–* days, but this has been going on for weeks without any resolution, even they do not respond on call too . This kind of delay and repetitive response is very disappointing.
Kindly provide me with a clear and final update.
