It's been a long time since they haven't returned me even after so many mails and complaints. They accepted my return on November ** as it is revealed through tracking ID and order ID, but there is no such process from there, not even mail. The customer support is pathetic, the website is pathetic. I order a smart watch through the website there and I wanted to cancel it, I refuse the order at the door because they suggested canceling the order, they also took the cancellation code. It's all very frustrating please help me get out of this I need my refund as soon as possible
