I ordered the fire boltt legacy watch (Order ID: #*************) from FireBoltt website on **th March for my relative. I received a faulty product from them and get embarresd in front of my relative . I return them this faulty item and they promised me that they will deliver me a replaced product . But from that day after so many calls and email they did not respond positively . They wasted my valuable time which I never get back and put me into this harassment at extreme point . Still I do not get my watch for which I pay Rs. ****.** . So my humble request to you that they should refund my money and pay me a justified compensation for this long harassment .
