Fireboltt Bluetooth calling smartwatch - Fireboltt Ring 3 Smartwatch not turning on at all

I have raised a complaint on *th April to Fireboltt support. They took around * months to provide the replacement product which to has the same problem (Not at all turning on and it was a defective product).
There were multiple conversions befere they send the replacement product.
*. Initially they said they don't have stock so they want to provide the coupon.
*. they offered to buy another model and extra amount to be paid by me.
*. After * months the product is available in stock now.
*. At the time processing for delivery, all of sudden the product is unavailable again.
The chain was repeated all the time till * months and finally i have received the product. unfortunately the product which i received has the same issue(not turning on at all after * days). I asked them to provide an explanation and proof that they have provided the new one not the same defective product.
Now they closed the ticket saying it is resolved.

I wanted full refund or replace with the different product as i received defective both the times.
and also request to extend my warranty for * months as the product was with them from April *th onwards.
