Boopathi Veeraragavan filed complaint against Realme on May 9, 2023
Dear Realme Team,
As I'm using the Realme products like Tv, mobile phones (* mobiles), Headset (*) . I feel very happy to use Realme products because the quality is very good and cost is very reasonable. But now I'm facing the issue in my Bluetooth headset. It's not switching on .
I went to service centre today which is there in the coimbatore city and explained the issue but they are not at all giving the proper response to the customer. They are clearly confusing the customers .They doesn't know the value of the product and they don't have proper material to give the reason to the customer.
I had very long argument to creat the job sheet and finally they brought my headset into their room and told me that there is a small whole in the headset. Seriously I don't know when it was happened.
I don't know that due to the small whole the headset is not working properly .Oh my god!!
Finally they sent me back by saying that you can't claim the warranty.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
