Realme - Package not delivered

Sir,

With due respect I, Bijoy Das ordered an Realme P* pro mobile phone in exchange of Oppo Reno * smartphone during BBD sale. The said order was about to be delivered on **th October ****.But after calling the Ekart courier agent I came to know that due to massive diwali order they couldn't find my package. So they called me and said they will deliver it on **th October ****. On **th when I called them, they again given me the same excuse. Today it's **st October **** and I still didn't receive any phone calls from Ekart courier agents.Just keep in mind I never told them to reschedule the delivery date.

So please help me get my order whose said amount I have paid through UPI.
