My name is Arpitrama. My realme store registered mobile number is **********. I ordered a Realme ** pro mobile on **th September. But I rejected the item on *st October. It's a prepaid order, total amount is Rs.*****. Suddenly *th October realme store mentioned that, the product was delivered. It's totally wrong information. Because I rejected the item. So not possible to deliver. I want refund for family requirement. Please help me with the refund money as soon as possible. The order number is ******************, that ordered on realme store. My email ID is arpitramachatterjee****@gmail.com. Kindly help me with the matter. Thanks.
