I have received Realme Pad * *G TABLET on Sunday(**-**-**)
at *:**PM from official realme website. It had some blends on the back side and red dot near the camera and also had Heating issues. I called
Customer team & informed about the all issues. They asked the an unboxing and I sent all proof via whatsapp & Email at **:** clock(**-**-**).They Promised Solve the problems within ** hours.
On Tuesday, again I call the customer service, they would stay wait for complaint team call I Also wait no one didnt call to me Again Wednesday I Called the customer service they said investigation is undergoing. until now complaint team didn't call to me .No one replied about what solution take the problem .I am totally depressed.i requested them Please take return product and refund my money.past ** days (every day )they said wait ** hours, tomorrow you would get a final solution.i asked what investigation process is undergoing,what action will you take against seller who sent me a damaged product but they didn't answer any of my questions.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
