Jeeves.co.in - Warranty Claim Issue

I bought the TV and its * years extended complete accidental Jeeves warranty from Flipkart. Now Flipkart asks me to connect with Jeeves for warranty claim.
Jeeves says that they cannot repair the TV, instead offering Rs.**** in return of my TV.
Complete cover warranty means that the company will have to repair the defective product. And, in case Jeeves is unable to repair the defective product - I want Either to Replace the product or, at least refund the cost of the repair.
