I purchased VU premium TV in **** and opted extended warranty. Recently the TV display failed and complaint lodged with Jeeves. They have taken TV for service and almost ** days gone no proper reply or repair of TV is done. Wrong phone numbers are shared intimating as service person assigned. Very poor customer service personnel service for getting status of complaint.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
