My name is Raja D, and I am writing to you regarding a power issue with my recently purchased Vu Premium *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart Android TV. I bought the TV in November **** through Flipkart.
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing some technical difficulties with the TV, specifically related to power. I have already raised a complaint and a technician has been assigned to address the issue. However, despite their assurance of prompt assistance, they have not visited my residence nor responded to my phone calls.
I have attached all the relevant details and documents for your reference. As an esteemed customer, I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter as it is crucial for me to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
I understand that technical issues can arise, but it is essential for us customers to feel supported and heard during such situations. I trust in Jeeves' reputation for providing exceptional customer service and prompt resolutions.
The technical came and found that power panel was faulty and need to replace the part.
The technician said, He will request the part and once it is received, He will replace the part like that he agreed. But as of not no response from technician and i have contacted customer support for the status of my service request.
