Jeeves.co.in - New Television Issue

I raised a issue regarding my new Thamson LED TV (Display Issues) . My case ID is SPVT-HXXLQB-LPN**A-D*IKJS-QG*G**.
Today morning I received SMS that technician will visit my home and resolve issue.
No one arrived. But by *.** PM, i received SMS that technician came and resolved the issue .it's totally unfair. No one came.
I am trying to call the alloted technician for more than ** times, no response from him.
I am waiting for a week for resolving this issue. Please do me the favour.
