HomeLane Interiors - Warning Beware of Homelane

Choosing Homelane was a decision I deeply regret. I wish I had paid attention to the numerous negative reviews circulating online. It seems like people need to unite and file lawsuits against them for false claims and exploiting customers. Many realize their mistake only after being ensnared in the process, unfortunately too late. To top it all - I gave them two flats to do up.

Initially, they'll bombard you with calls and urge you to meet a designer. However, once you've paid any amount, you become their puppet, enduring their rudeness and incompetence. After snaring a customer, there is no resolution for grievances. Each person you talk to, passes the buck to another, and no one takes responsibility. They are sweet and polite only until you pay the booking amount.

Please don't waste your hard-earned money on Homelane. Within days, I saw their subpar design execution and finish. Homelane is dishonest, rude, and operates like scammers. My harrowing experience with their Borivali West branch was nightmarish. Despite the due date, it's been over a month, and they've still failed to deliver. They've damaged the tiles, discarded new geysers arbitrarily without my knowledge, and when I asked for compensation for the damages and the delay, they falsely claimed they'd provided me with items worth Rs. **,*** extra, which is an outright lie.

Complete frauds! Stay away! Bad quality products which are already falling apart. Horrendous paint job. Their clean up/ deep clean is a joke. I have all the details and pictures to share as well as WhatsApp messages. My flats are open to whoever wants to have a look at their sub-standard quality. I am taking legal action against them.
