Goibibo India Private Limited - Want refund for not providing the complete information about the flight

I am writing to you regarding British Airways Flight PNR number PMEMUG. This flight was scheduled to depart from Dusseldorf airport on **-**-**** at *.** am.
We are a regular customer of Goibibo and book our flights from its website. But this time while booking British Airways flight to Dusseldorf from Delhi Via London was shown in options. So we booked the flight. When we reached Dusseldorf Airport we were denied booking by British Airways stating that a transit Visa for the UK is required to travel in this flight. Now we lost all the money for the booking.
Unlike other sites like Yatra.com, it was not mentioned on Goibibo website that a transit visa will be required for travelling in this flight.

I am seeking a full Refund from Goibibo as it should have been intimated by Goibibo while booking the flight.
