Make My Trip - Want refund for cancellation of Europe tour by the mistake of the company

I have booked a Europe trip in mmt having booking id nl************* for * persons in the month of Aug **** for ** days package. The package was under visa protection plan by mmt member Ms Sudha. I have paid the total amount of ******.** out of package amount ******.**. However, due to the mistake in visa reasoning by them are under clause no. * that information summited the rustication regarding for the purpose & condition stay was not reliable. Due to the visa team, Mr Himanshu Kapoor's dilemma, casual approach, non supporting and non-caring attitude to the customer resultant the last minute visa refusal and the tour got cancelled.

I was also going for the second attempt for visa approval in Mumbai embassy with all required documents but the mmt team continuously pressure to deposit rest ******.**. However, I continuously requested for once the visa will be approved I will deposit the rest amount but the mmt member Mr Ubed and Mr Bindesh Kant are so harsh that they simply cancel the trip not wait till the visa get approved. From last one month, I am taking the matter and daily follow up them but there is no positive response from there side and now they are not responding to our phone calls, emails everyone is just passing the issue from here and there. It was not at all expected from such a big company at the time of taking money payment was taken from us and now no one is responding.
