I booked a room on ** June **** Sunday, hotel sunview international at Karol Bagh, my booking ID is QACX****. I have made the payment of Rs. **** by online on phone pe. While booking it was written that all govt authorized identity is applicable at the time of check-in but when I went to check-in the manager over there said that you cant check-in with the local identity. He said that you can ask Oyo they will make you refund your amount back to you.
But when I call Oyo and raise a ticket against this issue, they replied me with a message that your refund is being declined. Oyo service is very poor they just say you will get the refund but when you call them to ask they put you on hold.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
