My name is Deepak Goyal I have booked a jio airfiber connection on ** April **** Saturday and paid **** rupees(including **** rupees as installation charges) in advance and they give me a commitment that they will install the connection and deliver the wifi router and android set top box all the things at my home within half an hour ie till * PM but no one came yesterday i wait whole day for them then i tried to call whatsapp email to the agents who do my booking and who do kyc but no one respond they i call and email jio company to but no one responsding there to today i call again then after ** calls and ** messages only * time call they picked up and refused to deliver my order also they said they will not provide any refund to me As per consumer protection act **** this is totally illegal to refuse refund of undelivered product or service i want my full refund of **** rupees immediately in my source account
