Hidesign - Voucher and related high priced products

I have a voucher for Rs *** and I had a look around HiDesign store for a wallet on ** May ****. I was able to see wallets in the range from Rs **** to Rs ****. Since I was asking for a specific wallet, your staff asked me to wait for few days. After few days, when I called HiDesign store and when I asked HiDesign staff over the phone and through WhatsApp on ** May ****, I was NOT getting proper response. Also, they were sending me photos of higher range wallets.
Let me know if there is a possible and positive solution for me.
