Hidesign - Product Service Related

I purchased leather shoes from you Puducherry factory outlet on May **, ****. Being a resident of Delhi, on my return when I wore the shoe for the very first time, the shoe chipped-off terribly from the sole. How can this be expected from a brand like HIDESIGN whose product lives up to the brand reputation, quality, durability, service etc. But this is just one part, later what is more surprising is HIDESIGN brand is not bothered with this issue and refuse to provide any replacement or service to the customer. This is pathetic as now a days excellent customer service or experience is provided by even less known brands.
i have been continuously following up with Hidesign people but there is no resolution or heat to my problem. I expect my problem to be solved to the best of customer and brands reputation.
