Hi Team, I purchased a wallet from Hidesign in the evening of **/**/**** for **** INR. There was no update on shipping till **/**/****, when their customer care email around ** consumers that they have shipped our prepaid orders as Cash on Delivery. The customer support team offered the choice to pay COD and receive the product or request a refund of the same.
I opted for a return and I have been following up with their team for * days now to initiate the return. Their team neither responds to email nor picks up call. Also, late evening of **/**/**** I received an update from Shiprocket that Hidesign have booked a shipment.
The disdain and unprofessional attitude of Hidesign is a new low in retail.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
