Hidesign - Return and refund of online purchase

I had bought a bag online from Hidesign website on **st Dec (MAO ** BACKPACK, Cost ₹**,***, Order HD******)
I recd the same on **th Dec. However, I found the same t* be small, and sent a mail on **th Dec at *.** pm asking for return and refund of the amount ticket no ****). However, there has been no response since then, despite reminders sent on **th Dec at *.** pm and **th Dec at *.** pm, and calls to the customer service no ***** ***** on **th Dec at **.** am and **th Dec at *.** am and **.** am. But there is no response on the number.
This is pathetic service.
