Hidesign - Damaged Product Received

I ordered a product from Hidesign (Order No. HD******) and the item delivered to me was defective. I immediately requested a return, but even after repeated follow-ups for almost a month, the company has not arranged the pickup, not processed a refund, and has only given repeated template replies with no action. Their customer care is also unresponsive.
This delay and negligence has caused me inconvenience and mental stress.
