Shailendra filed complaint against Make my trip on Jan 16, 2025
I applied for a UAE VISA for two people on **/**/**** through MakeMyTrip and paid INR **,***. MakeMyTrip informed me on **/**/**** that the VISA application was rejected and provided a rejection letter after multiple inquiries. I believe the rejection letter is fake or edited because:
*. The rejection letter format doesn't match the existing VISA format of the UAE government.
*. The application number is ** digits instead of **, as mentioned on the UAE government website.
*. MakeMyTrip claimed that the VISA application file number isn't available in case of rejection, but I have an example from the UAE government website that shows the file number is available in case of VISA refusal.
I'm requesting to resolve this issue and help me accordingly. I've attached all the required documents for your kind reference. I hope you can assist me.
