I have been Using Videocon D*h service since * years. After doing my * Monthly recharge services suddenly stopped. When I enquire with customer care they insist on sending technician at extra charges paid by customer. How can they do that? I already paid for services and i expect channels should be readily available as per my subscription. Hardware issue working as many free to air channels are available. I believe it's a big scam by Videocon. They interrupt services, when we call customer care they send technician with charge and again they resume services.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
