I recharged on February ** **** for a yearly pack. I did not receive my recharge. And my mobile number was linked to some other account without my knowledge. I recharged two times, one with mobile number, one with customer Id. Total deduction is Rs. ****, but none of the recharges received my account. My account Id is *********. Its been a week since I emailed multiple times to customer care, contact via phone. No responses. I would never be back to Videocon D*h again. Worst ever experience.
