From **th May ****, my d*h connection is not working and its display only signal not found the message. I call d*h customer care on the same day and ask for assistance they said within ** hr engineer will visit my location and will solve the issue.
After ** hrs I again called they said they raised a complaint against engineer and within * working hrs, the engineer will visit and solve the issue. After * working hours, I again called Videocon d*h and they said before **th May **** *:** pm the engineer will visit and solve the issue. After **th May **** *:** pm, I called Videocon d*h and asked for assistance this time again they said the same thing and I m not sure when they will solve this issue and where to ask for the help. I think I need to change my Dth provider as the last option.
