I have been using Videocon d*h from one year. Now I feel regret with services. My customer id *********. It is been ** days, ** complaints I filed. But the issue is not resolved. One engineer has come and changed set box and remote, taken money ** days back. But still, the issue is not resolved. Now that engineer and nodal officer are not picking my calls. I am fed up with the services. These are the worst services I ever have seen. Now I am planning to disconnect these services and complaint against this company in consumer court if it's not resolved in the next two days. My customer ID *********.
