Videocon D*h connection customer I'd ********* complaint number ********* yesterday evening *.** pm called customer care for D*h relocation later today morning **am again customer care to cancel the videocon complaint that connection is done myself in upstairs same is connected.for good things I had called customer care that I need to cancel the request but they are telling you have to pay *** inr without fail why I should pay *** inr am requesting to cancel the request but customer care is saying we don't have choice you have to pay I told your person not even called me just cancel the request *** inr I don't to pay .why I should pay money to videocon for not doing the work.same happened last * months back complaintvregisterd but relocation person came * days later that * days my recharge amount is went in vein.
Help to sort out the issues.
