I had recharged videocon d*h account with customer id ********* and registered mobile no. on **th June ****. For the first time I was paying **** Rs via paytm and in the website, during payment, it failed in videocon payment page and I got an error.
Later after ** mins, I had checked my online account of Videocon d*h but payment was not reflected. So I had again recharged **** Rs using net banking after ** mins. After that I validated and recharge was done for ** months later I checked my paytm wallet the amount that was deducted for first payment was not returned.
So I called up Videocon d*h. They said recharge is done twice and then I asked to refund *nd recharge as it was due to the payment failure. So they took complaint ********* on **th June but it's not resolved yet. I call them every alternate day and representative every time raise a new complaint about the case. I have * complaint numbers by now. The representative literally has no idea on the process some executive says the money will get refunded in **mins and some say the complaint is raised wrongly.
I have every call recorded even with senior executive they are telling some or other story every time and make false commitments and still and not returning my money. I want to file a legal case on them for mentally harassing customers.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
