I have tried for almost * hours on **/**/**** to contact videocon d*h customer care executive, as I paid Rs **** and wanted to see the selected channels. Neither any one called nor I could select the channels through their web site.
The web site is also defunct.
I lost a huge time today.
I am switching over to another service provider and hence requesting refund of Rs **** from Videocon d*h urgently
