Jeeves Complete Projection - Very much of delay in service

My mobile phone stopped working on * July so I contacted jeeves for my insurance. They said that my device will get picked form my address within *-* days for repairing purpose. I waited waited and then they came on ** July to pick my device. And now it's ** July still they repaired the device. I would like you to look upon this matter asap.
Also when I call the customer support they say my request is in process but don't tell me how much time will it take.
I am fucking frustrated. Please help me
