I am complainting against my television ** inches (**LJ***T) from last * * months for my television but jeeves were not responding after a long time they send one of yours Engineer(abhay kumar lal) he said your remote is not working
So i purchased a new remote worth rs **** but after that still tv was not working then again after a long time thwy send another engineer (pankaj singh) he said there is problem in motherboard Wait for ** ** days part will be change but now there customer care executive said that part is out of stock and you will get the mail for refund but i didnt get any mail so please help me to get my refund and tell me which detail they want and how much time they will take to refund.
