Consumer filed complaint against Jeeves Complete Projection on Nov 19, 2019
Its been more than ** days since I raised a claim against the screen damage of my smartphone. Every day I am getting a message from Blue Dart that the smartphone would be picked up, but none comes to pick up. This is happening for the past seven days.
Whenever I call the Jeeves support team, they ask me to wait for ** to ** hours. What is happening?

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
