I turned off my tv on **th Nov Night and tried to turn it on Nov ** it's not working. I complain to Jeeves. But they took three days to check and took the circuit board to replace while taking they told it only take * days for a replacement of the part. later Customer Service told me the company policy is ** days for replacement of the part I've waited for ** days. But the Technician told me the part that came from the company was wrong had to be reordered. recorded Parts only take * days but again in customer service they told me that they rescheduled to other ** days. later I talked to Senior Executive he told me we resolve it on ** days by ** Dec. but later on Jan * they again rescheduled to Jan**. How long a customer can wait for part replacement.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
