I have raised a service request for my TV and they visited home and picked up the TV and I got a call saying it is a Accidental Damage and sent me an email regarding the refund amount & I shared my bank details but I have not received any amount till now.

*. March **rd ****, I received an email regarding refund amount and I had a back and forth conversations with customer support and finally I shared my bank details but till now I have not received my refund.
