I had exam on the date **/**/**** Soni booked vrl assuming it will reach on it arrival time but bus arrived at * pm which is shameful act there were no incident nothing nor any emergency and moreover after asking driver was very rude and answered in Hindi 'Jab jayega tab jayega'.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
