Vrl bus - Late arrival

Vrl bus booked at **.** from chitradurga but bus arrived at boarding point *.** very much disappointed by vrl drivers is giving reason like it's raining heavily due to traffic it's gonna be late but what we need to do it's midnight me n my grandmother waiting and driver is like it's raining so what I can do when I said him u should inform first only he said how I would be knowing it's gonna b late... For every half n hour I was calling n same answer coming in ** to ** mins... I was stressed to see my grandma in trouble I have never expected this kind carelessness from vrl I have specially choosed vrl for time Punchulality ..
