VRL bus BLR-Belagavi on ** Mar ’**: Supposed boarding **:**PM, arrived **AM. Scheduled Alighting *:**AM. Actual *PM (*hr delay)! Broke down just as we approached Belagavi. Overcharged too. Please refund ticket amount as compensation for pathetic service.
